Broken Laws & Trouble Making

The very first mission of W.i.t.c.h. is to find and close all 12 portals leading to the Metaworld.

The first time they open a portal themselves is in issue 3: The heart signals them to go to Elyon's house and then opens the portal without Will ordering it to. The girls step through. While this is not a direct act against a law, Luba is outraged, claiming the girls aren't ready and might endanger the mission.

The Oracle says that nothing can be done and instead watches with calm and content how the girls get along and notes their bravery and friendship.

In issue 7, Cornelia comes to Elyon's rescue but there are too many guards for her to handle alone, at least with the lack of experience as a guardian. Without knowing anything about Elyon's powers, she proposes to join forces which results in a massive blast, destroying an entire building and tearing down a wall of the net. The result is an earthquake across worlds. Both Meridian and Heatherfield suffer the consequences.

While the two girls could not have known, in Kandrakar Luba and Tibor are worried deeply about this act. But again, the Oracle decides to trust the guardians and doesn't intervene.

In issue 9, the girls finally decide to try and find Kandrakar in order to get answers to their many questions.

This is something no guardian apparently has ever dared before, like an unspoken law or maybe more an etiquette. You don't simply walk into Kandrakar when not invited!
The Oracle, however accepts the girls request and allows them to enter. Gaining knowledge is essential for the success of their mission at the point.

At the end of their short trip, the girls are even being praised by Yan Lin.
